1. Why some of my friends are not receiving my messages in their Inbox?
   Some email providers may incorrectly classify your messages as Spam. In order to rectify this issue please ask your friends to check their spam/bulk folder and mark our emails (messages@relaytor.com) as "not spam". Once they have done this they should not encounter this problem again.
2. Will you ever use the email addresses of people I send messages to, or enter into my Contacts list?
   NO. We will never use your email address, or those you send messages to, without your expressed permission and approval.
3. Are my files secure with Relaytor?
   Absolutely. The Relaytor infrastructure was designed from the ground up to be highly secure. Your files are stored on state-of-the-art servers, protected by advanced firewalls.
